Maggie Knepp, M.A., NCC, LPC

Maggie is dedicated to helping individuals find their strengths and increase self-awareness for an empowered, authentic life. She provides a compassionate space to build confidence and develop skills for a peaceful daily life. Maggie has experience with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, self-worth issues, self-injury, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She has worked with children, adolescents, and families in schools and residential treatment programs. At Colorado Women’s Center, Maggie uses a holistic, strength-based approach, integrating CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Polyvagal Nervous System Healing, Existential Therapy, and the Gottman Method. 

She offers psychoeducation to empower clients and views each experience through a systemic lens. Maggie is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master’s in Counseling and Career Development and a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, playing with her dog, and spending time with friends and family.
