Is something keeping you stuck or preventing you from living a purposeful life?
Join us for a 6-week workshop on Brené Brown’s book, The Gifts of Imperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You’re Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are.
- Workshop sessions will be held every Wednesday
- Beginning Wednesday, March 29, 2017
- 6:00 p.m.—8:00 p.m
- $300 for all 6 weeks
- Bring a friend!
The workshop will be led by Kendra Miguez, M.A., and Kathleen Sullivan, M.A., and will feature group discussions among empowered women, all striving to live a wholehearted life. The goal is to build courage, embrace vulnerability, and learn how to create a life filled with joy, gratitude, and purpose. We will learn from each other’s experiences—the joy, the darkness, the mistakes, the recoveries, and the growth—in order to discover the beauty of being human and to acknowledge our worth as women. Included in the course will be large and small group discussions, chapter reviews, experiential learning, and creative expression.
Kendra and Kathleen are both psychotherapists in the Boulder/Longmont area. They have been colleagues and friends for the last 7 years. During this time, they have found inspiration in one another and have developed a deep respect for each other’s strengths, worldview, creativity, humor, and knowledge. They are excited to collaborate and to share with all of you their extensive training in psychology, as well as their passion for women’s empowerment.
Space is limited. To make a reservation for the workshop call us at (303) 350-9361 or fill out the form below.
